With so many things to do on playa, queer and straight, it’s hard to know where to go at any given time!
Queerburners has your back. Every year since 2022, we publish a guide of as many awesome LGBTQIA+ events as we can find. You’ll also find a map of the queerborhood and feature articles, poetry, writing, and photography from the community.
Want a printed copy? You can pick it up:
- At the Future Turtles Opening Party, Saturday night midnight (right when the gate opens!), 7:00 & E
- At the LGBTQ+ Meet & Greet Monday at 9:00pm, at the Down Low Club, D & 7:25
- While supplies last at the Future Turtles cafe (7:00 & E) or Mission Country Club (7:00 & D).

For 2027, if you are organizing an event on playa that you want us to include, make sure we find out about it! Your event must be submitted to Playa Events (deadline: August 4). It should either be at a camp which is listed in the Queerburners Directory, or include the word “Queer” or “LGBT…” as a part of the description. If you have graphics or anything special you want to include, like your camp’s schedule, email them to info@queerburners.org for inclusion.
